Thanks for shopping at Luvet Lifestyle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns/Exchanges

You have 15 calendar days to return a piece from the date the item was received.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your piece must be in the original packaging.

Your piece needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Returns & Exchanges of Affiliate Products are handled through the affiliate’s website, NOT Luvet Lifestyle.

Refunds

Once we receive your piece, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned piece.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the piece.

If your return is approved, a discount code will be e-mailed to you for store credit for Luvet pieces ONLY.

You will receive the code within five (5) days after approval.

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive most orders. International shipments & Made-to-Order pieces may require additional time.

We DO NOT refund shipping or customs charges in any case.

*Important: If the delivery address is in a country outside the EU, you automatically become an importer. This means that your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for the importer (you) to comply with the payment of duties and taxes. Luvet Lifestyle International will not be responsible for the payment of these costs.
