This book serves as a great framework for how to build your mind in a manner that focuses on your purpose. Everything you do, all the decisions you make should in some way align to your purpose. This book discusses the daily competence needed to continue working towards your goals, being thankful for the people in your life, and continuing to be aware of what’s going on in the world around you. I highly urge you to also complete the exercises in each section to begin to see how your personal life structure comes together.
